This week for Alumni Spotlight, our exceptional Alumni is Brisa Nuñez. Brisa graduated in May 2015 from the Department of Spanish and Portuguese with her Master’s Degree in Spanish and has continued her studies toward a Ph.D. at Georgetown University. She is currently a research assistant and is conducting research on translation alongside well known novelist and Professor, Barbara Mujica. Brisa is also writing her dissertation on "La voz indigenista femenina en el periodo de las dictaduras". Well wishes on your endeavors, Brisa!
