The Cervantes Society of America invites submissions for its 2024 Conference at the University
of New Mexico (Albuquerque).

We welcome proposals for papers, roundtables, and special sessions related to all aspects
of Cervantes studies.

Possible areas of analysis may include:

• Contemporary readings and adaption of Cervantes’s works
• Cervantes in the humanities and the public humanities
• Cervantes in translation
• Cervantes in performance
• Cervantes’s exposure in social media
• Cervantes from a multidisciplinary perspective
• The past, present and future of Cervantes’s works and persona

Papers should be 20 minutes in length and may be delivered in Spanish or English.

Submission of proposals:

• Abstracts should be 250-300 words.
• Please also include a 1-page cv.
• To submit an abstract, click here and fill out an abstract submission form.
• The deadline for receipt of all proposal submissions is February 1, 2024
