Biography
Michael is a PhD student and the Director of the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) at Washington State University, a federally funded program that serves the migrant and seasonal farm working community. He is research interests include Southwestern US and Mexican border literature, cultural contact and identity formation, representations of spirituality. He has been a Spanish Teaching Assistant at Washington State University’s Foreign Language and Cultures department, and presented his research at the Hispanic Linguistics Symposium.
