Biography
Elisabeth graduated with a Dual B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Wyoming followed by an M.A. in Interpreting and Translation Studies from Wake Forest University. Since graduating with her M.A. in 2014, she has spent time in Nicaragua and lived in Spain for over a year. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Hispanic Linguistics. Elisabeth's main research interests are in second language acquisition, language contact, dialectology and identity, with a particular interest in Peninsular Spanish.
